EVENING PRAYER

On Mondays in the seasons of Advent and Lent the Evening Liturgy of the Hours is offered at 7:00 PM.  This is a rich experience in the sights, sounds and symbols that make up the Official Prayer of the Church.  The gathered faithful thank God for the blessings of the day. They pray for the needs of the world, community and themselves; and, finally ask God to grant them a peaceful night of rest.  This is a reflective way to observe these two seasons of our Church year.
